SUMMARY

Cox Lwaka Tamba is a trained Statistician. He has a PhD in Bioinformatics from Nanjing Agricultural University. He specializes in statistics and mathematics. He is proactive and flexible, passionate about teamwork and liaising with people of diverse roles, disciplines, and cultures to achieve a common goal.  He is currently a lecturer in the field of statistics and actuarial science. His research areas include statistics of big data, statistical learning, machine learning,  impact evaluation and analysis of developmental interventions, data analytics, statistical software programming, and policy formulation. He is experienced in data collection and analysis using statistical software, including R, Stata, SPSS, and Microsoft Excel. He has been involved in the development of mrMLM package and CondMVT package in R statistical software. He has been trained in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using various statistical software. He has over seven years of experience in research, teaching, performing multiple monitoring and evaluation tasks and responsibilities.
