Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using standardized tender documents. Interested bidders may view or obtain the tender document by downloading from Egerton University’s website: or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: .
Any request for clarifications must be made in writing. All Clarifications and addendums will be posted to º£½ÇÆÆ½â°æwebsite and to the Public Procurement Information Portal.
Submission of original tender and One copy document (including attachments) properly TAPE BOUND and paginated in the correct sequence and in the format of 1of n, 2of n, 3of n… N where N is the last page of the submitted tender document and all pages must be initialed/signed and stamped and MUST have a clear Table of content. NB: Spiral Binding and use of spring or Box Files will not be allowed and will be considered as Non-Responsive.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and the name be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Procurement Department building Ground Floor Njoro Campus along Njoro-Mau Narok road and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers, representatives at the Procurement Department Boardroom located at the Ground floor or as may be advised. Late submissions of bids will not be accepted.
