The Division is responsible for formulating and providing policy guidelines on planning, development and management of academic programmes and coordination the operations of Research Centres established by the University.

Quality Objectives.
- Review at least 10 academic programmes in line with Competency Based Education Training (CBET) annually.
- Ensure at least 80% of the students admitted complete their studies within the stipulated time in respective programmes.
- Ensure protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the University’s innovations
- Ensure commercial exploitation of the University’s innovations.
