RESEARCH INTERESTS

My career goal is dedicated to positively impacting environmental conservation, wildlife health, management, and research, alongside animal disease control and eradication, animal welfare, and poverty eradication in Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa. My research interests lie in exploring innovative solutions to wildlife health challenges, understanding the dynamics of disease transmission between wildlife, livestock, and humans, and developing effective strategies for disease surveillance and management. Through interdisciplinary research efforts, I aim to inform evidence-based policies and practices that promote sustainable coexistence between humans and wildlife while addressing socio-economic disparities in the region
