Specific courses include Milk products processing  technologies (Fermented milks, Milk fat products, frozen dairy products), Sugar technology and Confectionaries, and Food Packaging, storage and distribution (Sept. 2014  - May. 2023)

  • May 2014: Facilitator: Training on Milk Value Addition for The SNV-K-Supported Milk Groups in West Pokot County.
  • 2013: Facilitator: HACCP Training for Kenya Dairy Board Staff.
  • 2005 - 2013: Practical Assistant  (Milk and Milk product processing) in In-Country Training course on Value Addition for Small Agro-Producers and Processors by African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD).
  • April 2015: Facilitator in ISO 22000: 2005 º£½ÇÆƽâ°æinternal auditors training at Tumaini Resort and Conference centre.
