SUMMARY

Dr. Jerotich Sirma is a Lecturer in the department of Accounting, Finance and Management Science, Faculty of Commerce. Dr. Sirma holds a PhD in Business Information Systems from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, Bondo, a Masters of Business Administration, Howard University, Washington D.C., USA, and B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from Southeastern University, Washington DC, USA. Dr. Sirma has enormous experience in Information Systems in academic and corporate sector.   She teaches several courses in Business Information Systems both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level and Business Research Methods at Undergraduate level.  Dr, Sirma has supervised Master’s students and published in several journal articles. She has developed four e-learning modules and participated in curriculum reviews.  She was the coordinator of short courses April 2011 to March 2020.  She was the Faculty Representative Board of Postgraduate Studies from 2021 to 2023. She is the Website Faculty Representative at the Faculty of Commerce. .
