Dolphine Odero-Wanga is an Associate Professor in the Applied Community Development Studies Department at Egerton University. She has a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies. Her research interests are youth and women empowerment, child socialization, and livelihood studies. She has participated in research activities and supervised postgraduate students’ studies aimed at empowering youth, women, and families, for community development. She has been teaching courses in child and youth development, aging, and gender.
