 I writing concerning the above-mentioned tender for supply and delivery of dry foodstuffs. I seek clarification on the closing date which you have given two deferent dates (I) indicated to be 20/4/2023 and the other 12/4/2023.

 Question 2. EU/FA/40/2022-2024: Supply and Delivery of Dry Food Stuffs a Two Year Framework Agreement and Supply and Delivery of Farm Inputs, Animal Feeds and Veterinary Drugs

I writing concerning the above-mentioned tender for supply and delivery of dry foodstuffs. I seek clarification on the closing date which you have given two deferent dates (I) indicated to be 20/4/2023 and the other 12/4/2023.

I also seek clarification on the missing price schedule form, which should show type, quantity, unit price and total amount for goods to be supplied.

That this is a framework agreement and thus the quantities cannot be ascertained. Interested bidders are required to give the Unit Price (Refer to Section X: Price Schedule for Goods page 100- EU/FA/40/2022-2024: Supply and Delivery of Dry Food Stuffs a Two Year Framework Agreement) and Section X: Price Schedule for Goods from page 108-117: Supply and Delivery of Farm Inputs, Animal Feeds and Veterinary Drugs)

Interested bidders are advised to strictly adhere to the addendum notice.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
