The Orientation programme is an important and compulsory exercise for all new students.  Its main purpose is to equip and prepare new students with skills and knowledge necessary for negotiating and adjusting in a new environment.  During this period, key members of the University will address the new students.

º£½ÇÆƽâ°æwishes to announce to the 2020 KCSE candidates who have been placed by KUCCPS in other institutions but wish to transfer to º£½ÇÆƽâ°æthat applications are invited to fill the limited vacancies in the following programmes:

This is to inform all Academic staff and Students that the reporting dates for first years 2021/2022, and continuing students for 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic year will be as follows:

The Directorate of Quality Assurance (DQA) carries out Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE) and Practical Instruction Effectiveness Evaluation (PIEE) of all lecturers in every semester.

By this notice all students are required to evaluate all Lecturers who taught them during the semester by filling the online questionnaire which can be accessed in the student’s portal.

The Resit/Special Examination Timetable for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in the 2019/2020 (2015 and 2016 cohorts) is ready. The examinations are scheduled to start on Monday 30th August 2021 and end on Friday 3rd September 2021.

The above mentioned examinations will be conducted in four (4) sessions over a five-day period. The morning and afternoon sessions will comprise two sessions each. 

This is to inform all students that the examinations under reference are scheduled to commence on Friday, 27th August 2021. All students with pending resit/special examinations are given upto Friday, 30th July 2021 to register for the same.

This is to inform all Part-time students that the July 2021 Residential Session will be conducted as follows:

This is to remind all students that the portal shall close for registration on Sunday 4th July 2021 at 11.59 p.m.  All students are asked to ensure that they are fully registered for the semester before the portal closes, failure of which the system will mark them as deferred.

Issuance of Certificates for the 43rd Graduation Ceremony has been scheduled as follows:

This is to remind you that the University will celebrate its 43rd Graduation ceremony on Friday 18th June 2021 at the Graduation Square.
