DIVISION OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

海角破解版wishes to inform ALL candidates who qualified for the conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas of 海角破解版during the 2018/2019 academic year that the Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday 29th November 2019 starting at 8.30 a.m. at Njoro Campus.

  1. APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
  2. 2015 ADMISSION

The deadline for application for graduation has been extended to 15th November 2019. Apply for graduation online through your student portal as follows:

  1. Apply for clearance by Finance from the portal under 鈥淐learance application
  2. Once cleared by Finance, apply for graduation under 鈥淕raduation Application鈥,

indicating the correct order of names as they should appear in the Certificate by

Friday 15th November 2019.

iii. Pay the Graduation fee as per the account details provided below.

  1. Approval to collect graduation attire will be done online by the respective Faculties and gowns issued as from Tuesday 26th November 2019.
  2. 2014 ADMISSION & BEFORE (MOP-UPS) AND ALL POST-GRADUATE STUDENTS

All prospective graduands are required to fill online and download the 鈥淎pplication For Graduation Form鈥 from  by 15th November 2019.

  1. Go to the link above and create an account by submitting a valid email address, and a password (The email must be working because all communications thereafter 
    will be done through this address)
  2. You will receive an email to activate your account.

iii. Login with your email and password and fill the form and submit

  1. You will receive an email with the download link for the 鈥淎pplication for

Graduation Form鈥. Download and print three copies to be submitted to

your respective faculties to enable you hire a graduation attire.

  1. PAYMENT OF GRADUATION AND ALUMNI FEES

The following are the mandatory fees for the various categories of graduands.

These fees must be paid at any branch of the Kenya Commercial Bank into 海角破解版Account No. 1107933919 indicating your registration number.

  1. ORDER OF NAMES ON CERTIFICATE

The prospective graduands must ensure that their names are in the order in which they shall appear in the final certificate (without initials) and should be the same as in previous certificates, admission letter and supported by the National Identification card. Any correction thereafter shall attract a fee.

  1. REHEARSAL

All graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony and have paid all fees MUST attend the rehearsal on Thursday 28th November 2019 at 2.30 p.m. All graduands attending the rehearsal should be seated by 2.00 p.m. and be in complete academic attire. All graduands MUST observe Graduation Etiquette, a copy of which is to be obtained from the respective Faculties and can also be downloaded from the 海角破解版website.

  1. INVITATION CARDS

Each graduand will be provided with three invitation cards. The cards will be issued by the Deans of Faculty on Wednesday 27th November 2019.

  1. RETURN OF ACADEMIC DRESS

All hired gowns must be returned by Monday 6th January 2020, after which a daily penalty of Kes. 500/= will be charged.
